VELOXX Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with your VELOXX purchase. Please review our return policy before submitting a return request.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed

In their original condition

Free from stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the desired size, subject to availability.

VELOXX reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or that do not meet the return requirements above.
